Background

I was born and raised in the South Bay, Campbell to be specific.  I discovered my love for teaching while in Girl Scouts.  As a Cadette, I volunteered with a Daisy troop and loved it.  After high school, I went on to Humboldt State University where I majored in Liberal Studies: Elementary Education.  I stayed on after my Bachelors to go through the credential program, and then returned to the Bay Area.  Once in the South Bay, I substitute taught for two years at a handful of South Bay districts and taught at a private Christian preschool for two more.  This is will be my sixth year teaching at George Hall Elementary, and I love it!  George Hall is a great place to call my home away from home.  My real home is in Fremont, with my husband and our Golden Retriever, Dug.  In our free time we like to take Dug for walks, golf, and try new recipes.
